Abstract

PT. Batu Mulyo Berjaya is a private company engaged in the crushing of andesite. Andesite stone crusher plant is located in Pesanggrahan Village, Kesugihan District, Cilacap regency, Central Java province. This study was conducted to determine the technical factors that can result in the production target of the jaw crusher series of 320 tons / day is not achieved, and provide alternative improvements to achieve production targets in the processing of andesite. The research method used is the study of literature, field observations and data collection. The production produced is currently 35.53 tons / hour or 227.53 tons / day, with the effectiveness of primary jaw crusher crushing equipment of 48.76% and secondary jaw crusher 43.18%. With the results of the final product is the fraction -30 + 20 mm of 9.59 tons/hour , fraction -20 + 10 mm of 5.51 tons/hour, fraction -10 + 5 of 1.59 tons/hour, fraction -5 of 2.04 tons / hour. Efforts to increase productivity is done by pressing the existing time constraints to 116.08 minutes with effective time to 7.07 hours / day. Obtained final product fraction -30 + 20 mm of 13.25 tons/hour, fraction -20 + 10 mm of 8.51 tons/hour, -10 + 5 mm of 2.15 tons/hour, fraction -5 mm of 3.63 tons / hour = PT. Batu Mulyo Berjaya merupakan sebuah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang peremukan batu andesit. Pabrik peremuk batu andesit terletak di Desa Pesanggrahan, Kecamatan Kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor teknis yang dapat mengakibatkan target produksi pada rangkaian jaw crusher sebesar 320 ton/hari tidak tercapai, dan memberikan alternatif perbaikan untuk mencapai target produksi pada pengolahan batu andesit. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan studi literatur, observasi lapangan dan pengambilan data. Produksi yang dihasilkan saat ini 35,53 ton/jam atau 227,53 ton/hari, dengan efektivitas alat peremuk jaw crusher primer sebesar 48,76% dan jaw crusher sekunder 43,18%. Dengan hasil produk akhirnya yaitu fraksi -30 + 20 mm sebesar 9,59 ton/jam , fraksi -20 + 10 mm sebesar 5,51 ton/jam, fraksi -10 + 5 sebesar 1,59 ton/jam, fraksi -5 sebesar 2,04 ton/jam. Upaya peningkatan produktivitas dilakukan dengan cara menekan waktu hambatan yang ada menjadi 116,08 menit dengan waktu efektif menjadi 7,07 jam/hari. Diperoleh hasil akhir produk fraksi -30 + 20 mm sebesar 13,25 ton/jam, fraksi -20 + 10 mm sebesar 8,51 ton/jam, -10 + 5 mm sebesar 2,15 ton/jam, fraksi -5 mm sebesar 3,63 ton/jam.
