Abstract
The overburden stripping activity in pit 2 west of PT Baturona Adimulya in
September had a production target of 200,000 BCM/month, work efficiency, cycle
time, the value of the macth factor measured from the digging and loading
equipment and matching transportation equipment greatly affect the achievement
of the company's production targets as a benchmark for activities. it worked.
Direct observation activities were carried out in the field to get the value of work
efficiency, productivity and the value of the macth factor of digging and loading
equipment and transportation equipment. On the mining front, the excavation and
loading process for September uses an excavator type Doosan Solar 500LCV and
for the transportation equipment used consists of two types, namely the Isuzu
Giga FVZ34P type dump truck and the Articulated Dump Truck Caterpilar D400
type. From the results of activities on 2 (two) different fleets, the work efficiency
value of the digging-loading equipment using the Doosan Solar 500LCV type
excavator on fleet 3 is 52.02%. For work efficiency of transportation equipment
on fleet 3 using Dump Truck type Isuzu Giga FVZ4P of 50.37%. The average
cycle time for digging and loading equipment using the Doosan Solar 500LCV
fleet 3 excavator is 0.46 minutes. Meanwhile, the average cycle time for
transportation equipment on fleet 3 using a Dump Truck of the Isuzu Giga
FVZ34P type is 9.58 minutes. On a fleet of 3 Excavator Doosan Solar 500LCV it
has a productivity value of 192.84 BCM/hour/tool and for DT Isuzu Giga
FVZ34P it is 35.86 BCM/hour/tool. The production value of the Doosan Solar
500LCV excavator with a total of 5 tools is 401,158,43 BCM/month. And the
production value of the DT Isuzu Giga FVZ34P transportation equipment with a
total of 12 tools for DT so that a total of 17 tools is 286,150,11 BCM/month.
Based on the results of observations and calculations, it is known that
overburden stripping activities on a fleet of 3 Excavator Doosan Solar 500LCV
with DT Isuxu Giga FVZ34P, transportation equipment is waiting more, which is
seen from the match factor value, namely 1,15 = Kegiatan pengupasan overburden di pit 2 barat PT Baturona Adimulya
pada bulan September memiliki target produksi 200.000 BCM/bulan, Efisiensi
kerja, cycle time, nilai macth factor diliah dari alat gali-muat dan alat angkut yang
serasi sangat mempengaruhi ketercapaian target produksi perusahanan sebagai
patokan kegian tersebut berhasil. Dilakukan kegiatan pengaamatan langsung
dilapangan untuk mendapatankan nilai efisiensi kerja, produktivittas dan nilai
macth factor alat gali-muat serta alat angkut. Pada front penambangan proses galimuat untuk bulan September menggunakan alat gali-gali muat excavator tipe
Doosan Solar 500LCV serta untuk alat angkut yang digunakan terdiri dari dua
jenis yaitu dump truck tipe Isuzu Giga FVZ34P dan Articulated Dump Truck tipe
Caterpilar D400. Dari hasil kegiatan pada 2(dua) fleet yang berbeda didapat nilai
efisiensi kerja alat gali-muat menggunakan excavator tipe Doosan Solar 500LCV
pada fleet 3 sebesar 52,02%. Untuk efisiensi kerja alat angkut pada pada fleet 3
menggunakan Dump Truck tipe Isuzu Giga FVZ4P sebesar 50,37%. Cycle time
rata-rata untuk alat gali-muat dengan menggunakan excavator tipe Doosan Solar
500LCV fleet 3 yaitu 0,46menit. Sementara cycle time rata-rata untuk alat angkut
pada fleet 3 dengan menggunakan Dump Truck tipe Isuzu Giga FVZ34P yaitu
9,58 menit. Pada fleet 3 Excavator Doosan Solar 500LCV memiliki nilai
produktivitas sebesar 192,84 BCM/jam/alat dan untuk DT Isuzu Giga FVZ34P
sebesar 35,86 BCM/jam/alat. Nilai produksi alat gali-muat Excavator Doosan
Solar 500LCV dengan jumlah 5 alat sebesar 401,158,43 BCM/bulan. Dan nilai
produksi alat angkut DT Isuzu Giga FVZ34P dengan jumlah 12 alat untuk DT
sehinga total 17 alat yaitu sebesar 286,150,11 BCM/bulan. Berdasarkan hasil
pengamatan dan perhitungan diketahui kegiatan pengupasan overburden pada
fleet 3 Excavator Doosan Solar 500LCV dengan DT Isuxu Giga FVZ34P, alat
angkut lebih banyak menunggu dimana dilihat dari nilai match factor nya yaitu
1,15.
