Abstract
PT. Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri is a company engaged in the bauxite
commodity sector, located in Teraju Village, Toba District, Sanggau Regency, West
Kalimantan Province. PT. Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri obtained a Production
Operation Mining Business Permit (IUP) No: 456/2009/SGU, with an area of 11,310
Ha. Bauxite mining activities carried out by PT. Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri uses
an open pit mining system with the backfilling open cut method. In the production of
bauxite wash material, the mechanical device used is the Kobelco SK330 excavator
for loading activities, while for material transportation activities the Hino 500 FM
260JD dump truck is used.
The problems that exist in PT. The dynamics of Sejahtera Mandiri is that the
production target of 340,000 tons/month for the Kobelco SK330 excavator has not
been achieved. The actual production produced by the loading and digging
equipment unit was 347.858,1 tons/month and the haulage unit produced was
196.787,1 tons/month. This is due to the low work efficiency of the mechanical
equipment for loading and unloading equipment, namely 0.97% and for
transportation equipment, 0.96%, the low match factor or compatibility of
mechanical devices, namely 0.58 with a combination of 2 units of excavator Kobelco
SK330 excavator and 22 units of Hinno 500 hauling equipment. FM 260JD with a
hauling distance of 17 km.
Efforts that can be made so that production can be achieved is to improve the
work efficiency of mechanical devices by reducing the time constraints that can be
avoided. After improving the work efficiency of the digging equipment to 0.97% and
improving the work efficiency of the hauling equipment to 0.96%, the next effort is
to improve the match factor so that it can be optimal by adding mechanical
equipment units so that a combination of 2 loading equipment units and 38 hauling
equipment units is obtained with the number match factor is 0,88.
After optimization in the form of improving work efficiency and adding
mechanical equipment units, the production of Kobelco SK330 excavator loading
and unloading equipment has increased from 347.858,1 tonnes/month to 375.346,2
tonnes/month and haulage equipment from 196.787,1 tonnes/month to 383.188,5
tonnes/month = PT. Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di
bidang komoditas bauksit yang terletak di Desa Teraju, Kecamatan Toba,
Kabupaten Sanggau, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. PT. Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri
memperoleh Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Operasi Produksi No: 456/2009/SGU,
dengan luas area sebesar 11.310 ha. Kegiatan penambangan bauksit yang dilakukan
oleh PT. Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka
dengan metode open cut secara backfilling. Dalam produksi material wash bauksit,
alat mekanis yang digunakan yaitu alat gali-muat excavator Kobelco SK330 untuk
kegiatan pemuatan, sedangkan untuk kegiatan pengangkutan material
menggunakan alat angkut dump truck Hino 500 FM 260JD.
Permasalahan yang ada di PT. Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri adalah belum
tercapainya target produksi 340.000 ton/bulan untuk alat gali muat excavator
kobelco SK330. Produksi aktual yang dihasilkan unit alat gali muat adalah sebesar
347.858,1 ton/bulan dan unit alat angkut yang dihasilkan sebesar 196.787,1
ton/bulan. Hal ini disebabkan karena rendahnya efisiensi kerja alat mekanis alat gali
muat yaitu 0.97% dan alat angkut 0.96%. Rendahnya angka match factor atau
keserasian alat mekanis yaitu 0,58 dengan kombinasi 2 unit alat gali muat excavator
Kobelco SK330 dan 22 unit alat angkut Hinno 500 FM 260JD dengan jarak angkut
17 km.
Upaya yang dapat dilakukan agar produksi dapat tercapai yaitu melakukan
perbaikan efisiensi kerja alat mekanis dengan mengurangi waktu hambatan yang
dapat dihindari. Setelah perbaikan efisiensi kerja alat gali muat menjadi 0.97% dan
perbaikan efisiensi kerja alat angkut menjadi 0.96%. Upaya selanjutnya yaitu
memperbaiki angka match factor agar bisa optimal dengan cara penambahan unit
alat mekanis sehingga didapatkan kombinasi 2 unit alat muat dan 38 unit alat angkut
dengan angaka match factor yaitu 0,88.
Setelah dilakukan pengoptimalan berupa perbaikan efisiensi kerja dan
penambahan unit alat mekanis, maka perusahaan mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari
347.858,1 ton/bulan menjadi 375.346,2 ton/bulan dan alat angkut yaitu dari
196.787,1 ton/bulan menjadi 383.188,5 ton/bulan.
