Abstract
CV. Central Stone Perkasa is a private company engaged in the mining of Andesite stone which is located in
Hargorejo Village, Kokap District, Kulonprogo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The mining process
uses an open pit mining system with the quarry method. In the rainy season the production process becomes hampered
due to rainwater and runoff water entering the mining area because the mining area is located between hills which
have higher elevations. Therefore, it is necessary to plan an appropriate mine drainage system so that the production
process continues. CV. Central Stone Perkasa has a DTH of 0.0232km2 with a coefficient of 0.9. The results of the
calculation of rainfall data for 2011-2020 at Hargorejo Station obtained an average daily rainfall of 130.33mm/day,
planned rainfall of 153.882mm/day, rainfall intensity of 26.918mm/hour and a 3-year return period of rain and a
hydrological risk of 98. 27%. The runoff discharge in the rain catchment area is 0.16m3/second and the rainwater
discharge is 0.0708m3/second, so it is recommended that the shape of the channel is a trapezoid with a surface width
of =0.9m; channel bottom width = 0.8m ; channel depth = 0.5m ; water height = 0.4m ; and the length of the channel
wall = 0.6 m and the proper dimensions of the settling pond which consists of 3 compartments with the following
dimensions: total length of the pond = 48.9 m, width of the pool = 5 m, depth of the pond = 5 m with a divider between
compartments having a length of 4 m, width 1m, and a height of 5m with a sedimentation percentage of 75% and the
resulting solids is 70.38m3/day, so for the maintenance of the settling pond in order to maintain its function properly,
it is necessary to dredge the material every 18 days = CV. Central Stone Perkasa merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batu Andesit
yang terletak pada Desa Hargorejo, Kecamatan Kokap, Kabupaten Kulonprogo Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
Proses penambangan menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka dengan metode kuari. Pada musim hujan proses produksi
menjadi terhambat disebabkan oleh air hujan serta air limpasan yang masuk area penambangan karena area
penambangan terletak diantara bukit yang memiliki elevasi lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu perlu perlu dibuat
perencanaan sistem penyaliran tambang yang tepat agar proses produksi tetap berjalan. CV. Central Stone Perkasa
memiliki DTH seluas 0,0232km2 dengan nilai koefesien 0,9. Adapun hasil perhitungan data curah hujan tahun 2011-
2020 stasiun hargorejo didapatkan curah hujan rata rata harian 130,33mm/hari curah hujan rencana 153,882mm/hari,
intensitas curah hujan 26,918mm/jam dan periode ulang hujan 3 tahun serta resiko hidrologi sebesar 98,27%. Debit
air limpasan pada daerah tangkapan hujan sebesesar 0,16m3
/detik dan debir air hujan sebesar 0,0708m3
/detik sehingga
direkomendasikan bentuk saluran yakni trapesium dengan ukuran lebar permukaan =0,9m ; lebar dasar saluran =0,8m
; kedalaman saluran =0,5m ; tinggi air =0,4m ; dan panjang dinding saluran =0,6m serta dimensi kolam pengendapan
yang tepat yakni terdiri dari 3 kompartemen dengan dimensi sebagai berikut : panjang total kolam = 48,9m , lebar
kolam = 5m, kedalaman kolam = 5m dengan penyekat antar kompartemen memiliki panjang 4m, lebar 1m, dan tinggi
5m dengan persentase pengendapan sebesar 75% dan padatan yang dihasilkan yakni 70,38m3/hari maka untuk
perawatan kolam pengendapan agar terjaga fungsinya dengan baik maka perlu dilakukan pengerukan material setiap
18 hari sekali.
