Abstract

The problem that occurs at PT Arsa Mulia Sukses is that the
production of loading equipment and transportation equipment has
not been fulfilled so that the production target has not been achieved.
The factors that affect the performance of mechanical equipment so
that the expected production target cannot be achieved are the type
of material, the condition of the mining front, haul road geometry,
climate, loading pattern, and haul road distance. Based on the
calculation results, the productivity of loading equipment during the
dry season is only able to reach 1,122.38 tons/day and transportation
equipment of 845.48 tons/day, while during the rainy season it is
438.96 tons/day and transportation equipment is 384, 57 tons/day, so
it is necessary to make improvements to the factors that affect the
performance of mechanical equipment so that the expected
production target can be achieved. Efforts to increase production are
carried out by increasing work efficiency, improving tool cycle times,
and reducing the number of conveyances. The improvements that
have been made will have an impact on the production of mechanical
equipment, so that the production of mechanical equipment during
the dry season can increase to 1,477.62 tons/day, and the production
of mechanical equipment during the rainy season to 1,402.71
tons/day, so that the expected production target company can be
achieved = Permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT arsa mulia sukses adalah belum
terpenuhinya produksi dari alat muat dan alat angkut sehingga target
produksi belum tercapai. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
kinerja alat mekanis sehingga target produksi yang diharapkan tidak
dapat tercapai yaitu jenis material, kondisi front penambangan,
geometri jalan angkut, iklim, pola muat, dan jarak jalan angkut.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh produktivitas alat
muat pada saat musim kemarau hanya mampu mencapai 1.122,38
ton/hari dan alat angkut sebesar 845,48 ton/hari, sedangkan pada saat
musim hujan sebesar 438,96 ton/hari dan alat angkut sebesar 384,57
ton/hari, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan terhadap faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja alat mekanis sehingga target produksi
yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Upaya peningkatan produksi
dilakukan dengan cara peningkatan efisiensi kerja, memperbaiki
waktu edar alat, dan mengurangi jumlah alat angkut. Perbaikan yang
sudah dilakukan akan berdampak pada produksi alat mekanis,
sehingga produksi alat mekanis pada saat musim kemarau dapat
meningkat menjadi 1.477,62 ton/hari, dan produksi alat mekanis
pada saat musim hujan menjadi 1.402,71 ton/hari, sehingga target
produksi yang diharapkan perusahaan dapat tercapai.
