Abstract
PT. J Resources Bolaang Mongondow is an open pit gold mine. One of the
activities to get ore is to carry out blasting activites. One of the effects of blasting
is ground vibration, this vibration at a certain level can causes disturbances to the
stability of the slope. The further analysis is needed to determine the value of the
dynamic Safety Factor (SF) which is affected by vibrations due to blasting.
Pit Main Ridge is the area that has the most frequent blasting activities,
therefore blasting needs to be controlled in order to the dynamic safety factor is not
less than 1,1 in accordance with the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources
Decree No. 1827 K 30 MEM 2018. This research aimed to know the value of
dynamic Safety Factor (SF) in section A-A’ and section B-B’ slope of Pit North
Main Ridge.
The calculation results show that the longer the detonation distance, the
smaller the vibration value. The calculation of the Safety Factor (SF) of slope in
this study used the limit equilibrium method (General Limit Equilibrium) using
Rocscience Slide 6.0 software. In the slope stability analysis, the data processed
are data of physical and mechanical properties of the slope, and the actual slope
geometry with pseudostatic analysis. Based on the slope simulation results with
seismic coefficient is 0,024 g, section A-A’ slope has static Safety Factor (SF) value
is 1,296 and dynamic is 1,233 and section B-B’ has static Safety Factor (SF) is
1,534 and dynamic is 1,464 = PT. J Resources Bolaang Mongondow merupakan tambang emas dengan
metode open pit. Salah satu aktivitas untuk mendapatkan ore adalah dengan
melakukan kegiatan peledakan. Dampak peledakan salah satunya adalah getaran
tanah (ground vibration), getaran ini pada tingkat tertentu dapat menyebabkan
gangguan pada kestabilan lereng. Sehingga diperlukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk
mengetahui nilai Faktor Keamanan (FK) dinamis yang dipengaruhi oleh getaran
akibat peledakan.
Pit Main Ridge merupakan area yang memiliki kegiatan peledakan yang
perlu dikontrol agar Faktor Keamanan (FK) dinamis tidak kurang dari 1,1 sesuai
dengan Keptusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 1827 K 30 MEM 2018. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor Keamanan (FK) dinamis pada lereng
section A-A’ dan section B-B’ di Pit Main Ridge Utara.
Hasil perhitungan menujukkan bahwa semakin jauh jarak peledakan maka
nilai getaran akan semakin kecil. Perhitungan nilai Faktor Keamanan (FK) lereng
pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kesetimbangan batas (General Limit
Equilibrium) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Rocscience Slide 6.0. Pada analisis
kestabilan lereng, data yang diolah merupakan data sifat fisik dan mekanik batuan
penyusun lereng dan geomteri lereng aktual dengan analisis pseudostatik.
Berdasarkan hasil simulasi lereng dengan koefisien seismik sebesar 0,024g, lereng
pada section A-A’ memiliki nilai Faktor Keamanan (FK) statis 1,296 dan dinamis
1,233, section B-B’ memiliki nilai Faktor Keamanan (FK) statis 1,534 dan dinamis
1,464 dengan koefisien seismik sebesar 0,024g.
