Abstract

At a mining pit location where the procedure or step of loading material will be carried out, blasting is a means of removing rock or material. Blasting is typically done as a step in the process of removing hard rock that could impede mining operations or, more particularly, slow down the removal of OB (Overburden) or overburden. Analysis of the Effect of Stuffing Factors on Fragmentation Results Based on Geometry of Each Blasting Hole Diameter on Blasting Activities at PT.Putra Perkasa Abadi Site PT.Borneo Indobara, South Kalimantan Province, was the subject of this study, which was carried out there. a location where numerous drilling machines (DMs) with the borehole sizes 200mm and 171mm. Based on the condition of the material in both the North Girimulya and South Girimulya locations, these two drilling diameters were placed there. However, it frequently causes issues due to the inconsistent fragmentation outcomes of the blasting material. Because there is no precise reference or standard for the Powder Factor, it is impossible to determine if the amount of explosives employed is adequate or not, which accounts for the discrepancy between the fragmentation outcomes according to the applied blasting geometry.The presence of a boulder with a size of more than 80cm at the location resulting from blasting activities can hamper production performance or OB Removal. In general, the state of the material considered by Boulder is at least 15% at the site. If the Boulder material is > 15%, it can hamper other mining operations. Therefore, with this study it can be concluded that the size of the fragmentation with a sieve of more than 80 cm at a diameter of 200 mm has a comparison (Kuz-Ram method) with the Kuz-Ram method of 63.41% and (image analysis) with a delineation reading of Split Desktop 4.0 72 ,43%, while the diameter of the hole is 171 mm (theoretically) 76.80% and (actually) 85.30%. The comparison between the percentage of the amount of rock that exceeds 80cm in size is based on the number of fillings / fill factors that vary so that Regression Analysis is carried out with the Exponential Method which concludes the value of the fragmentation results of 200 mm hole diameter, namely R = 0.826 and R2 = 68.3% and at 171mm hole diameter the value of R = 0.960 and R2 = 92.1%. So from the results of the Regression Analysis, the equation y = 30.629e5.5227x. on the dependent variable X (PF) and the independent variable Y (Fragmentation of 80 cm sieve size) at the 200mm hole diameter and the equation y = 229,444 + 78,104(ln)X on the hole diameter 171mm with the Logarithm method. So for the PF that is the recommendation from the results of the analysis, namely PF = 0.185 at 200mm hole diameter and PF = 0.16 at 171mm hole diameter = Kegiatan Peledakan merupakan salah satu metode pembongkaran batuan atau material pada lokasi pit penambangan dimana akan dilakukannya proses atau tahap loading material . Pada umumnya blasting dilakukan sebagai tahap memberai batuan yang keras yang dapat menghambat kegiatan penambangan atau lebih jelasnya memperlambat proses pembongkaran OB (Overburden) atau tanah penutup. Pada penelitian kali ini, penelitian dilakukan di PT.Putra Perkasa Abadi site PT.Borneo Indobara dimana topik yang akan diteliti adalah Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Isian Terhadap Hasil Fragmentasi Berdasarkan Geometri Masing-Masing Diameter Lubang Ledak Pada Kegiatan Peledakan Di PT.Putra Perkasa Abadi Site PT.Borneo IndobaraProvinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Dimana terdapat beberapa DM (Drilling Machine) dengan dua diameter lubang bor yang berbeda yaitu 200mm dan 171mm. Penempatan dua diameter lubang bor ini didasarkan pada keadaan material baik pada lokasi Girimulya Utara dan Girimulya Selatan. Namun kerap menjadi permalasahan adanya ketidaksesuaian hasil fragemntasi material blasting. Ketidaksesuaian hasil fragmentasi sesuai geometri peledakan yang diterapkan ini karena belum ada acuan atau standar khusus faktor isian atau Powder Factor yang menyimpulkan bahwa apakah jumlah isian handak yang digunakan sudah sesuai atau belum. Adanya Boulder dengan ukuran yang lebih dari 80cm pada lokasi hasil kegiatan peledakan dapat menghambat kinerja produksi atau OB Removal. Pada umumnya keadaan material yang dianggap Boulder sekurang-kurangnya berjumlah 15 % pada lokasi. Jika material Boulder > 15 % maka dapat menghambat kegiatan operasi penambangan lainnya. Oleh karena itu dengan penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ukuran fragmentasi dengan ayakan lebih dari 80 cm pada diameter 200 mm memiliki perbandingan secara (Metode Kuzram) yaitu 63,41 % dan secara (image analysis) dengan pembacaan delinisiasi Split Desktop 4.0 72,43%, sedangkan pada diameter lubang 171 mm secara (Metode Kuzram) 76,80 % dan secara (image analysis) 85,30% Perbandingan antara persentase jumlah batuan yang melebihi ukuran 80cm ini didasari oleh jumlah isian / faktor isian yang bervariasi sehingga dilakukan Analisis Regresi dengan Metode Eksponen yang menyimpulkan besar nilai pada hasil fragmentasi diameter lubang 200 mm yaitu R= 0,826 dan nilai R2 = 68,3% dan pada diameter lubang 171mm nilai R= 0,960 dan nilai R2 = 92,1% . Sehingga dari hasil Analisis Regresi didapatkan persamaan y= 30.629e5.5227x .pada variabel dependent X (PF) dan variabel independent Y( Fragmentasi Ukuran ayakan 80 cm) pada diameter lubang 200mm dan persamaan y= 229,444 + 78,104(ln)X pada diameter lubang 171mm dengan metode Logarithm. Maka untuk PF yang menjadi rekomendasi dari hasil analisis yaitu PF= 0,185 pada diameter lubang 200mm dan PF= 0,16 pada diameter lubang 171mm.
