Abstract
PT Batu Mulyo Berjaya is one of the mining companies engaged in andesite stone mining which is located in Ciwuni Village, Kesugihan District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province. In the mining process, PT. Batu Mulyo Berjaya uses an open-pit mining system (Surface Mining) and the mining method is quarry. Andesite mining activities include unloading using a digging tool and loading the Kobelco SK 330 Backhoe and transportation using a Toyota Dyna 130HT Truck. The resulting product is in the form of boulder which will be transported to a dumping point boulder located in Karangkandri Village, Kesugihan District as far as 12 km and stone that is transported to a stockpile located in Pesanggrahan Village, Kesugihan District as far as 8 km, which will be used as aggregate material. Based on the results of field observations, there are three segments of the 17 haul road segments that exceed the company's standard provisions with a maximum subsidence of 5 cm and there is 1 segment of the 17 haul road segments that exceeds the haul road grade recommendation by the company with a maximum grade of 8%, so it is necessary to analyze transportation fuel consumption. Other factors that affect the increase in fuel consumption are, the transportation equipment cycle time, rimpull, haul distance and the power of the conveyance. In actual use of fuel consumption on the digging tool is 19.90 liters/hour with a production of 93.51 bcm/hour and the Toyota Dyna 130HT conveyance based on rimpull calculations is 1.473 gallons/hour. The production of the Toyota Dyna 130HT conveyance is 5 tons/hour. The fuel ratio of the Toyota Dyna conveyance is 0.295 gallons/ton. After the improvement of haul road conditions on wheelbase of no more than 5 cm and the slope of the haul road adjusted to company standards, namely 8% and reduction of circulation time, so that fuel consumption is more efficient and the slope of haul roads is carried out and optimization of circulation time is carried out, so that material consumption Toyota Dyna 130HT fuels 1,215 gallons/hour. Production after repairs on the Toyota Dyna 130HT to 6 tons / hour. The fuel ratio after repair on the Toyota Dyna 130HT is 0.203 gallons/hour = PT Batu Mulyo Berjaya Ialah salah satu perusahaan tambang yang bergerak di bidang penambangan batu andesit yang terletak di Desa Ciwuni, Kecamatan Kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dalam proses penambangan nya PT. Batu Mulyo Berjaya menggunakan sistem penambangan tambang terbuka (Surface Mining) dan metode penambangannya adalah quarry. Kegiatan penambangan andesit meliputi pembongkaran menggunakan alat gali dan alat muat Backhoe Kobelco SK 330 dan pengangkutan menggunakan Truck Toyota Dyna 130HT. Produk yang dihasilkan yaitu berupa boulder yang akan diangkut ke dumping point boulder yang terletak di Desa Karangkandri, Kecamatan Kesugihan sejauh 12 km dan batu belah yang diangkut ke stockpile yang berada di Desa Pesanggrahan, Kecamatan Kesugihan sejauh 8 km, yang akan dijadikan material agregat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dilapangan,terdapat tiga segmen dari 17 segmen jalan angkut yang melebihi standar ketentuan perusahhaan dengan maksimal amblasan 5 cm dan terdapat 1 segmen dari 17 segmen jalan angkut yang melebihi rekomendasi grade jalan angkut oleh perusahaan dengan grade maksimal 8%, sehingga perlu dilakukannya analisa konsumsi bahan bakar alat angkut. Faktor-faktor lainnya yang mempengaruhi bertambahnya konsumsi bahan bakar adalah, waktu edar alat angkut, rimpull, jarak angkut dan daya alat angkut. Dalam penggunaan konsumsi bahan bakar secara actual pada alat gali muat adalah 19,90 liter/jam dengan produksi 93,51 bcm/jam dan alat angkut Toyota Dyna 130HT berdasarkan perhitungan rimpull yaitu sebesar 1,473 gallon/jam. Produksi alat angkut Toyota Dyna 130HT adalah 5 ton/jam. Rasio bahan bakar alat angkut Toyota Dyna adalah 0,295 gallon/ton. Setelah adanya dilakukan perbaikan kondisi jalan angkut pada amblasan roda ttidak lebih dari 5 cm dan kemiringan jalan angkut disesuaikan dengan standar perusahaan yaitu 8% dan pengurangan waktu edar, sehingga konsumsi bahan bakar lebih hemat dan kemiringan jalan angkut dan dilakukan pengoptimalan waktu edar, sehingga konsumsi bahan bakar Toyota Dyna 130HT sebesar 1,215 gallon/jam. Produksi setelah perbaikan pada Toyota Dyna 130HT menjadi 6 ton/jam. Rasio bahan bakar setelah perbaikan pada Toyota Dyna 130HT adalah 0,203 gallon/ton.
