Abstract

PT Bukit Asam Tbk is one of the state-owned enterprises (BUMN) engaged in coal mining located in Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province. Currently PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk, conducts mining in four locations, namely at the Air Laya Mine (TAL), Muara Tiga Besar (MTB), TSBC and Banko, and for the research location is in PIT 3 East Banko Barat is a self-managed mine that experiences a mismatch between realization and planned design so that analysis is carried out through geospatial information using photogrammetry methods with RTK type unmanned aerial vehicle vehicles. The purpose of this research is to see the level of conformity of mining realization between the mining plan design and the realization or actual mining using the photogrammetric method with the RTK (Real Time Kinematic) type UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) vehicle. From the field analysis, it is known that the measurement of the research area is 50.04 Ha, then the research area is tied to the ground control point (GCP), then processing is carried out so that the GCP error value is obtained at the millimeter (mm) level with RMSExy is 0.005780000 with a CE90 value of 0.00877115 m and the RMSEz value is 0.006285579 with a LE90 value of 0. 010370576 m, so the data is considered detailed and accurate enough so that it is known that the unloaded volume is 1,298,281.33 m³ with a percentage of 68% of the plan target of 1,902,000.00 m³, the percentage of undercut volume is 889,106.03 m³ with a percentage of 47% of the material unloading target and the volume of excess excavation or overcut is 285,387.36 m³ with a percentage of 15% exceeding the design plan. 3. Mining accuracy consisting of coal getting and overburden removal experienced unachievement against the planned target with a coal getting achievement percentage of 79.06% with a volume of 142,303 m³ from a plan of 180,000 m³ and an overburden removal percentage of 67.13% with a demolition volume of 1,155,978.33 m³ from a target of 1,722,000 m³ = PT Bukit Asam Tbk merupakan salah satu badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang pertambangan batubara yang terletak di Kecamatan Lawang Kidul, Kabupaten Muara Enim, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Saat ini PT. Bukit Asam (persero) Tbk, melakukan penambangan di empat lokasi yaitu di Tambang Air Laya (TAL), Muara Tiga Besar (MTB), TSBC dan Banko, dan untuk lokasi penelitian berada di PIT 3 Timur Banko Barat merupakan tambang swakelola yang mengalami ketidaksesuaian antara realisasi terhadap desain yang direncanakan sehingga dilakukan analisis melalui informasi geospasial menggunakan metode fotogrametri dengan wahana unmanned aerial vehicle tipe RTK . Untuk parameter dalam pengambilan data penelitian Skripsi ini menggunakan pengaturan tinggi terbang 170 m dari titik take off dan pengaturan Overlap 75% dan Sidelap 65% serta terbangi menjadi 3 jalur terbang dengan pertimbangan jarak dan luas cakupan area.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat tingkat kesesuaian realisasi penambangan antara desain rencana penambangan terhadap realisasi atau aktual penambangan menggunakan metode fotogrametri dengan wahana UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) tipe RTK (Real Time Kinematic). Dari analisis dilapangan diketahui pengukuran luasan area penelitian seluas 50,04 Ha kemudian area penelitian di ikat dengan titik control tanah (GCP) selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan sehingga didapatkan nilai error GCP didapatkan pada tingkat milimeter (mm) Dengan RMSExy adalah 0.005780000 dengan nilai CE90 0.00877115 m dan nilai RMSEz adalah 0.006285579 dengan nilai LE90 0.010370576 m, dengan begitu data dinilai detail dan cukup akurat sehingga diketahui volume terbongkar sebesar 1.298.281.33 m³ dengan presentase 68% dari target rencana sebesar 1.902.000.00 m³, presentase volume undercut sebesar 889.106,03 m³ dengan presentase 47% dari target pembongkaran material dan volume kelebihan penggalian atau overcut sebesar 285.387.36 m³ dengan presentase 15% melebihi desain rencana. 3. Akurasi penambangan yang terdiri dari coal getting dan overburden removal mengalami ketidak tercapaian terhadap target yang direncanakan dengan presentase ketercapaian coal getting sebesar 79,06% dengan volume sebesar 142.303 m³ dari rencana sebesar 180.000 m³ dan presentase overburden removal sebesar 67,13% dengan volume hasil pembongkaran sebesar 1.155.978,33 m³ dari target sebesar 1.722.000 m³.
