Abstract

PT. Budi Gema Gempita (BGG) is one of the coal mining companies operating in East Merapi District, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. The mining process in the company has not reached the desired target, especially in October 2021, where in 2021 the target set by the company is 1.155.159 tons / year. Meanwhile, for October 2021, it was 117.969 tons/month and for production reached in October, it was 63.392 tons. The productivity of digging and loading equipment is 1 unit of Excavator Hitachi Zaxis 350 with a bucket capacity of 2,2 m3 which is 172,80 tons / hour, and the available working time is 8,53 hours / shift with work efficiency of 87%. Then the productivity of transportation equipment, namely 12 units of Hino 500 FM 260JD is 328,45 tons / hour, and the available working time is 7,73 hours / shift with a work efficiency of 78%. The compatibility of the tool between the digging and loading equipment and the conveyance is 2,54 or MF>1. The problem contained in this study is the non-achievement of the set production target, this result is caused by several factors that affect the work efficiency of mechanical devices, such as workplace conditions, weather conditions, human factors, and time delays. The purpose of this study is to analyze obstacle factors that affect tool performance, find out the actual productivity of loading and hauling equipment, improve and optimize equipment performance so that production targets can be achieved. After repair, the productivity of digging equipment loading 2 unit of hitachi zaxis 350 excavator was obtained at 403,37 tons / hour and work efficiency was 92%, the productivity of 12 units of Hino 500 FM 260JD is obtained 428,46 tons / hour and work efficiency wa 88% = PT. Budi Gema Gempita (BGG) merupakan salah satu perusahaan tambang batubara yang beroperasi di Kecamatan Merapi Timur, Kabupaten Lahat, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Proses Penambangan di perusahaan belum mencapai target yang diinginkan terkhusus pada bulan oktober tahun 2021, dimana pada tahun 2021 target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yaitu 1.155.159 ton/tahun. Sedangkan untuk bulan oktober 2021 yaitu 117.969 ton/bulan dan untuk produksi yang tercapai dibulan oktober adalah 63.392 ton. Produktivitas alat gali-muat yaitu 1 unit Excavator Hitachi Zaxis 350 dengan kapasitas bucket 2,2 m3 yaitu 172,80 ton/jam, dan waktu kerja tersedia adalah 8,53 jam/shift dengan efisiensi kerja yaitu 87%. Kemudian produktivitas alat angkut yaitu 12 unit Hino 500 FM 260JD adalah 328,45 ton/jam, dan waktu kerja tersedia 7,73 jam/shift dengan efisiensi kerja yaitu 78%. Keserasian alat antara alat gali-muat dan alat angkut adalah 2,54 atau MF>1. Masalah yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah tidak tercapainya target produksi yang ditetapkan, hasil ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja alat mekanis seperti kondisi tempat kerja, kondisi cuaca, faktor manusia, dan waktu tunda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor hambatan yang mempengaruhi kinerja alat, mengetahui produktivitas aktual alat gali-muat dan alat angkut, meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan kinerja alat agar target produksi bisa tercapai. Setelah perbaikan, produktivitas alat gali-muat 2 unit excavator hiachi zaxis 350 didapat 430,37 ton/jam dan efisiensi kerja yaitu 92% produktivitas alat angkut 12 unit Hino 500 FM 260JD didapat 428,46 ton/jam dan efisiensi kerja yaitu 88% .
