Abstract

SARI

PT.Victor Dua Tiga Mega merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta di Indonesia yang memiliki Wilayah Izin Kuasa Pertambangan Produksi Batubara. Dalam kegiatan penambangan dengan karakteristik batuan yang keras diperlukan kegiatan peledakan yang bertujuan untuk memberaikan batuan dari batuan induknya. Salah satu parameter keberhasilan proses peledakan adalah hasil fragmentasi yang seragam dan sesuai dengan target fragmentasi yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh geometri peledakan terhadap hasil fragmentasi yang dilakukan PT. Victor Dua Tiga Mega di Pit 4 E dan Pit 5 E baik secara teoritis mengunakan metode Kuz-Ram dan aktul, meminimalisir adanya boulder yang berukuran >80 cm di Pit 4 E dan Pit 5 E sehingga tidak menghambat kegiatan penambangan. Metode penelitian pengambilan data secara langsung dimulai dari studi literature, observasi, pengambilan data primer dan skunder, pengolahan dan analisis, pembahasan, dan kesimpulan. Hasil fragmentasi peledakan aktual menggunakan software split desktop 4.0, fragmentasi aktual di PIT 4 E dan PIT 5 E diketahui masih terdapat boulder dengan ukuran >80 cm. Hasil peledakan pertama di PIT 4 E terdapat boulder sebanyak 10.61 % , pada peledakan kedua sebanyak 23.6 % , dan peledakan ketiga sebanyak 26.38 %. Hasil peledakan pertama di PIT 5 E terdapat boulder sebanyak 8.89 %, pada peledakan kedua sebanyak 6.88 % , dan peledakan ketiga sebanyak 29.95 %. Dari hasil perhitungan fragmentasi dilakukan korelasi pengaruh geometri terhadap fragmentasi dan didapat hasil korelasi geometri peledakan sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil peledakan. Geometri yang sangat berpengaruh besar yaitu kolom isian (PC) sebesar 97.88 %, powder factor sebesar 97.77 %,stemming sebesar 90.72 %, kedalaman lubang sebesar 81.42 %, dan yang cukup berpengaruh yaitu burden sebesar 77.18 %, spasi sebesar 68.29 %,.Hasil Rancangan geometri peledakan dengan parameter R.L.Ash menghasilkan distribusi fragmentasi berdasarkan perhitungan kuz-ram dengan ukuran < 80 cm sekitar 96 % sedangkan yang > 80 cm sekitar 4 %. Rancangan geometri peledakan dengan parameter C.J.Konya menghasilkan distribusi fragmentasi berdasarkan perhitungan kuz-ram ukuran < 80 cm sekitar 84 % sedangkan yang > 80 cm sekitar 16 %. Dari hasil pengamatan dilapangan masih terdapat boulder, sehingga untuk meminimalisir boulder dapat menggunakan persamaan R.L. Ash dengan boulder yang didapatkan dari perhitungan teoritis kuz-Ram sebesar 4%, namun usulan ini harus di tinjau lebih jauh lagi dengan memperhitungkan faktor lainnya.sehingga mendapatkan hasil fragmentasi yang sesuai dengan keinginan perusahaan.

ABSTRACT

PT.Victor Dua Tiga Mega is a private company in Indonesia that has a Coal Production Mining Authorization Permit Area. In mining activities with hard rock characteristics, blasting activities are needed to separate the rock from the parent rock. One of the success parameters of the blasting process is the results of uniform fragmentation and according to the fragmentation target desired by the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of blasting geometry on the results of fragmentation carried out by PT. Victor Dua Tiga Mega in Pit 4 E and Pit 5 E both theoretically uses the Kuz-Ram method and actually, minimizes the existence of boulders that are > 80 cm in size in Pit 4 E and Pit 5 E so that they do not hinder mining activities. The research method for collecting data directly starts from literature studies, observations, primary and secondary data collection, processing and analysis, discussion, and conclusions. The results of actual blasting fragmentation using split desktop 4.0 software, actual fragmentation at PIT 4 E and PIT 5 E is known to still contain boulder with a size > 80 cm. The result of the first blasting at PIT 4 E was 10.61% boulder, the second blasting was 23.6%, and the third blasting was 26.38%. The result of the first blasting at PIT 5 E was 8.89% of boulder, the second blasting was 6.88%, and the third blasting was 29.95%. From the results of the calculation of fragmentation, a correlation of the effect of geometry on fragmentation was carried out and the results obtained that the correlation of the geometry of blasting greatly influenced the result of blasting. Geometry that has a very big influence, namely column stuffing (PC) of 97.88%, powder factor of 97.77%, stemming of 90.72%, hole depth of 81.42%, and quite influential, namely burden of 77.18%, spacing of 68.29%. 80 cm about 4 %. The design of the blasting geometry with C.J.Konya parameters produces a fragmentation distribution based on the calculation of kuz-ram size < 80 cm which is around 84% while those > 80 cm is around 16%. From the results of observations in the field there are still boulder, so to minimize boulder we can use the R.L. equation. Ash with boulder obtained from the Kuz-Ram theoretical calculation is 4%, but this proposal must be reviewed further by taking into account other factors so as to get fragmentation results that are in accordance with the wishes of the company.
