Abstract

Dalam kegiatan penambangan PT. Pro Intertech Indonesia menggunakan beberapa alat-alat mekanis untuk menunjang kegiatan produksi dalam setiap harinya salah satunya yaitu alat gali muat Excavator Volvo EC350DL. Kegiatan penambangan perusahaan memiliki target produksi yang ditetapkan adalah 30.000 ton/bulan. Tercapainya target produksi harus didukung oleh beberapa faktor penting seperti waktu edar alat serta waktu kerja efektif. Kemampuan produksi saat ini 1 unit alat muat sebesar 23.460 ton/bulan. Upaya peningkatan produksi dilakukan dengan cara peningkatan waktu kerja efektif dengan cara meminimalkan waktu-waktu hambatan yang dapat ditekan dengan nilai efesiensi kerja sebesar 68,74 %. Setelah dilakukannya peningkatan waktu kerja efektif alat gali-muat meningkat dari 23.460 ton/bulan menjadi 30.000 ton/bulan sehingga dapat memenuhi target produksi sebesar 30.000 ton/bulan. Selain itu, untuk mengoptimalkan produktivitas peralatan maka melakukan pengawasan terhadap kinerja alat mekanis dan operator dalam memanfaatkan waktu kerja tersedia sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pada PT. Pro Intertech Indonesia sangat diperlukan.

ABSTRACT

In the mining activities of PT. Pro Intertech Indonesia uses several mechanical tools to support production every day activities, one of which is the Volvo EC350DL Excavator loader. The company's mining activities has a set production target of 30,000 tons/month. Achieving the production target must be supported by several important factors such as equipment circulation time and effective working time. The current production capacity of 1 unit of loading equipment is 23.460 tons/month. The effort to increase production is carried out by increasing effective working time by minimizing time constraints that can be suppressed with a work efficiency value of 68.74%. After increasing the effective working time of the digging-loading equipment, there is an increase from 23.460 tons/month to 30,000 tons/month, with the result that the production target of 30,000 tons/month. In addition, to optimize equipment productivity, it is necessary to supervise the performance of mechanical devices and operators in utilizing available work time, at that point, increase work efficiency at PT. Pro Intertech Indonesia is indispensable.
