Abstract
SARI
Penambangan batu andesit pada PT. Pro Intertech Indonesia dilakukan dengan kegiatan pengeboran dan peledakan menggunakan bahan peledak berupa Ammonium Nitrat and Fuel Oil (ANFO). Dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan pada bulan Juli 2022, saat kegiatan peledakan distribusi penggunaan bahan peledak terlalu banyak sehingga terdapat material fragmentasi peledakan sebesar ± 16 cm dengan target fragmentasi perusahaan <50 cm. Dalam memperhitungkan penggunaan bahan peledak berdasarkan geometri peledakan terdapat beberapa metode dengan menggunakan teori The Modern Technique of Rock Blasting, teori ICI-Explosive dan fungsi linier berdasarkan grafik korelasi. Geometri peledakan aktual yang terdapat di lapangan memiliki ukuran burden, spasi dan stemming yang pendek serta ukuran tinggi jenjang dan panjang kolom isian yang panjang mengakibatkan penggunaan bahan peledak sebanyak 46,98 kg dengan hasil fragmentasi ± 16 cm. Berdasarkan rancangan geometri yang dilakukan penggunaan bahan peledak akan lebih berkurang dengan menggunakan teori ICI-Explosive, tetapi rancangan geometri yang penulis sarankan yaitu dengan menggunakan teori The Modern Technique of Rock Blasting karena powder factor yang lebih kecil dapat meminimalkan efek peledakan seperti fly rock dan vibrasi yang berdampak pada lingkungan dengan menghasilkan rancangan geometri yaitu burden dan stemming sebesar 2,68 m, spasi 3,34 m, subdrilling 0,91 m, tinggi jenjang 10,66 m serta panjang kolom isian 9,28 m. Rancangan geometri tersebut menggunakan bahan peledak sebanyak 46,19 kg perlubang ledak dan menghasilkan volume produksi peledakan sebanyak 243,34 Ton dengan hasil fragmentasi sebesar 20,17 cm.

ABSTRACT
Mining of andesite stone at PT Pro Intertech Indonesia is carried out by drilling and blasting activities using explosives in the form of Ammonium Nitrate and Fuel Oil (ANFO). From observations in July 2022, during blasting activities the distribution of explosives used was too much so that there was blasting fragmentation material of ± 16 cm with the company's fragmentation target of < 50 cm. In calculating the use of explosives based on blasting geometry, there are several methods using The Modern Technique of Rock Blasting theory, ICI- Explosive theory and linear functions based on correlation graphs. The actual blasting geometry found in the field has a short burden, spacing and stemming size as well as a long ladder height and fill column length resulting in the use of 46.98 kg of explosives with a fragmentation result of ± 16 cm. Based on the geometry design carried out, the use of explosives will be reduced by using the ICI-Explosive theory, but the geometry design that the author suggests is to use The Modern Technique of Rock Blasting theory because the smaller powder factor can minimize the effects of blasting such as fly rock and vibrations that have an impact on the environment by producing a geometry design that is 2.68 m of burden and stemming, 3.34 m of space, 0.91 m of subdrilling, 10.66 m of tier height and 9.28 m of fill column length. The design geometry uses 46.19 kg of explosives per blast hole and produces a blasting production volume of 243.34 tons with a fragmentation result of 20.17 cm.
