J Resources Bolaang Mongondow (JRBM) is a company of PT. J Resources Nusantara (JRN), which is one of the mining companies that carry out gold mining activities using an open pit mining system (surface mining) with the open pit method. The mining operation area of PT. JRBM is located at the Bakan site, namely Bakan Village, Lolayan District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The area of the Mining Business Permit (IUP) held by PT. The JRBM for the Bakan site in particular covers an area of 196.5 hectares. Based on the current conditions in the activities of Transporting Waste Materials in cells in the Heap Leach Pad (HLP) area of PT. JRBM uses a combination of digging and loading equipment, namely 1 Hitachi ZX 870 LCH excavator with 3 ADT Volvo A45G units and 2 OHT Cat 773E with a production of 12.974,3 tons/day, thus the production target set by the company is 16.000 tons/day for loading and unloading equipment has not yet been achieved Efforts made by PT. JRBM to increase production in the activities of transporting waste material in cells in the HLP area of PT. JRBM, namely by increasing the number of units of transportation equipment, which initially only amounted to 5 units added to 8 units, the determination of the number of transportation equipment is based on the comparison of the circulation time of the transportation equipment and loading and unloading equipment which is a derivative of the work compatibility factor formula from the combination of tools used . Based on the calculation after adding the unit of conveyance on each work front, the production of the combination of mechanical equipment used can increase to 16.076,8 tons/day in the waste material transportation activities so that the production target set by PT. JRBM can be achieved = PT. J Resources Bolaang Mongondow (JRBM) adalah perusahaan dari PT. J Resources Nusantara (JRN), yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan pertambangan yang melakukan kegiatan penambangan emas menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka (surface mining) dengan metode open pit. Daerah operasi penambangan PT. JRBM terletak di site Bakan, yaitu Desa Bakan, Kecamatan Lolayan, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Luas Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) yang dipegang PT. JRBM untuk site Bakan khususnya adalah seluas 196.5 Hektar. Berdasarkan kondisi yang ada saat ini pada kegiatan pengangkutan material waste pada cell di heap leach pad (HLP) area PT. JRBM, menggunakan kombinasi alat gali muat dan alat angkut yaitu 1 excavator Hitachi ZX 870 LCH dengan 3 unit ADT Volvo A45G dan 2 OHT Cat 773E dengan produksi 12.974,3 ton/hari. dengan demikian target produksi yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 16.000 ton/hari untuk alat gali muat masih belum tercapai. Upaya yang dilakukan PT. JRBM untuk meningkatkan produksi dalam kegiatan pengangkutan material waste pada cell di heap leach pad (HLP) area PT. JRBM yaitu dengan melakukan penambahan jumlah unit alat angkut, yang semula hanya berjumlah 5 unit ditambah menjadi 8 unit, penentuan jumlah alat angkut ini didasarkan pada perbandingan waktu edar alat angkut dan alat gali muat yang merupakan turunan dari rumus faktor keserasian kerja dari kombinasi alat yang digunakan. Berdasarkan perhitungan setelah dilakukan penambahan unit alat angkut pada masing-masing front kerja maka produksi dari kombinasi alat mekanis yang digunakan dapat meningkat menjadi sebesar 16.076.8 ton/hari pada kegiatan pengangkutan material waste, sehingga target produksi yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT.
