Adhi Kartiko Pratama is located in Southeast Sulawesi, North Konawe Regency, Langgikima District, Lameruru Village. Langgikima District is included in the Ophiolite (Ku) geological formation. The Ku Formation is composed of peridotite which is the origin of nickel laterite. Therefore there is a possibility of mineralization in Block A which can form Nickel Laterite. The research methods used in this research are direct and indirect methods. The implementation stages are in the form of literature studies, field observations, data collection, processing and analysis, and conclusions. This study aims to estimate the distribution of laterite nickel deposits and resources using the Inverse Distance Weight (IDW) and Ordinary Kriging (OK) Block A methods and to evaluate the results of resource estimation using the Inverse Distance Weight (IDW) and Ordinary Kriging (OK) methods based on RMSE parameters. Prior to resource estimation using the ordinary kriging and inverse distance weight methods, it is necessary to calculate the composite content in the assay database. This aims to make the average grade per 1 meter at each drill point. Then an analysis using univariate statistics was carried out and it resulted that the distribution of data in the limonite and saprolite zones was a normal distribution. Furthermore, the variogram study was carried out by means of fitting (matching) between the experimental variogram and the variogram model in which there are three theoretical variogram models, namely: the spherical model, the exponential model and the gaussian model. Estimation of the limonite and saprolite zones uses the Inverse Distance Weighting (power 2) method and the Ordinary Kriging method. Evaluation of the estimation results needs to be done to determine the error value of each method using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) parameter. The resource calculation method is carried out using the Block Model method, which utilizes a three-dimensional plane with dimensions of 12.5 M x 12.5 M x 1 M. The results of the RMSE parameter calculation show that the error in the IDW method is 0.08033, this shows that the IDW method is better in zones limonite with a total resource of 5,605,250 tons and an average grade of 1.1% Ni. Whereas in the saprolite zone, the error value for the OK method is 0.48892. This indicates that the OK method is better with a total resource of 2,085,469 tons with an average content of 1.01% Ni = PT. Adhi Kartiko Pratama terletak di Sulawesi Tenggara, Kabupaten Konawe Utara, Kecamatan Langgikima, Desa Lameruru. Kecamatan Langgikima termasuk kedalam formasi geologi Batuan Ofiolit (Ku). Formasi Ku tersusun dari peridotit yang merupakan batuan asal dari nikel laterit. Oleh karena itu terdapat kemungkinan terjadinya mineralisasi pada Bloak A yang dapat membentuk Nikel Laterit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode langsung dan tidak langsung. Tahapan pelaksanaannya berupa studi literatur, observasi lapangan, pengambilan data, pengolahan dan anlisis, dan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi penyebaran kadar endapan nikel laterit dan sumberdaya menggunakan metode Inverse Distance Weight (IDW) dan Ordinary Kriging (OK) Block A serta mengevaluasi hasil estimasi sumberdaya menggunakan metode Inverse Distance Weight (IDW) dan Ordinary Kriging (OK) berdasarkan parameter RMSE. Sebelum dilakukan estimasi sumberdaya menggunakan metode ordinary kriging dan inverse distance weight, perlu dilakukan perhitungan kadar komposit pada basis data assay. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membuat kadar rata-rata per 1 meter pada tiap titik bor. Kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan statistik univariat dan menghasilkan bahwa distribusi data pada zona limonit dan zona saprolit merupakan distribusi yang normal. Selanjutnya studi variogram dilakukan dengan cara fitting (pencocokan) antara variogram eksperimental dengan variogram model yang mana terdapat tiga model variogram teoritis, yaitu: model spherical, model exponential dan model gaussian. Estimasi pada zona limonit dan saprolit menggunakan metode Inverse Distance Weighting (power 2) dan metode Ordinary Kriging. Evaluasi hasil penaksiran perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai error tiap metode menggunakan parameter Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Metode perhitungan sumberdaya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Block Model, yang mana memanfaatkan bidang tiga dimensi dengan dimensi 12.5 M x 12.5 M x 1 M. Hasil dari perhitungan parameter RMSE didapatkan bahwa error pada metode IDW sebesar 0.08033, hal ini menunjukkaan metode IDW lebih baik pada zona limonit dengan total sumberdaya sebesar 5.605.250 ton dan kadar rata-rata sebesar 1.1%Ni.
