With idle time, for 46 days caused the construction of the bridge to be late progress to minus 25%. This delay requires an analysis of the acceleration of implementation time so that it can be achieved according to the initial target. This research uses the crashing method which is a method of speeding up the project systematically and analytically by shortening the project time. This method uses Microsoft Project with the option of adding labor and a work shift system.
