The (Ta,V)-rich\r\nand V-rich oxides were found in the microstructure and have been identified as the TaVO4 and V2O5\r\nphases. The nano-scale of the in-situ oxide particle YTaO4 was observed and coherent with the tungsten\r\nmatrix.
