Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh waktu Deep Cryogenic Treatment terhadap sifat mekanik dan ketahanan korosi pada paduan Fe-Al-Mn. Bahan yang di gunakan adalah baja paduan Fe-Al-Mn, pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji komposisi, uji kekerasan, uji keausan, dan uji ketahanan korosi dengan proses Deep Cryogenic Treatment selama 1 jam, 2 jam, 3 jam, 4 jam, dan 5 jam. Hasil pengujian komposisi kimia menunjukan presentase kandungan Fe 83,89%, Al 4,97%, Mn 18,80%, sehingga termasuk baja paduan tinggi. Pengamatan struktur mikro menunjukkan paduan ini mempunyai struktur austenit dan ferit, dimana proses Deep Cryogenic Treatment pada semua variasi waktu terbentuk struktur austenit dan ferit.. Nilai keausan terendah terdapat pada spesimen proses Deep Cryogenic Treatment dengan waktu perendaman selama 5 jam yaitu sebesar 0,00018 mm3/kg.m.
